So you want to make banana crisp. Well, I have a great recipe to share with you. Usually my posts are about cookies or other delicious desserts, but I suppose I will take a break to celebrate and share the amazing side of bananas with this recipe for banana crisp.
Arrange bananas in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Combine butter and crumbs. Add cinnamon and sugar, mixing well. Sprinkle mixture over bananas. Bake 20 minutes in moderate oven. Serve with whipped cream.
