| My gift recipient never received her package. When I contacted the store about this, they said they'd have to begin a UPS investigation and could not get back to me for 7-10 days. UPS delivered the package to the front door at a "city" address. Your company should work it out with UPS - and resend the package immediately. The gift has already missed the relevant time frame. |
