| This item was purchased on 6/27. On 7/10/13 I inquired about the status of another item purchased, which was lost by UPS. Then the shipper, All About Gifts, notifies me that this item was also included in the lost UPS package,although their website showed it was not shipped yet. Very unprofessional and poor customer service! I would like resolution ASAP! A phone call from your company would be nice since it's been 20 days! |
