| I ordered about a dozen differnt gift baskets for friends & family right before Christmas and needed to call customer service to remove a duplicate order and inquire about future bonus points. I also had serious concers about timely delivery of the gift baskets. Customer service was very helpful, charming, and totally alleviated all of my problems & concerns. The experience left me with high holiday spirits and a big smile that lasted for the rest of the evening! Many warm thanks for providing such an excellent service. |
