Our Story

All About Gifts & Baskets, Inc was founded in 2002 with a commitment to provide exceptional customer service along with an unparalleled selection of high-quality, impressive gifts that celebrate all of life’s occasions. 

What started with just two family members has evolved into being recognized as one of the Top 10 Gift Basket Businesses in America by Gift Basket Retailer Magazine as well as one of the fastest growing private companies on the Inc 5000 annual list for two years running.  Our company now supports hundreds of employees that work at our fulfillment sites, bakeries and home offices.   And although our company family has grown over the years, our core values such as focusing on customer satisfaction, treating employees like family, and giving back to the community are stronger than ever.

Choosing Our Products

Our customers bestow incredible trust in us to send the perfect gift to their clients, loved ones and colleagues. It means the world to us and we take great pride in choosing and keeping only the highest quality products that are well received year after year.  

The process starts each year when we entertain ideas from around the world on potential products our customers would want.  Some are no-brainers, others, we're not so sure.  So we ask our customers what they think and they tell us. We also immediately remove any item that receives more than 2 complaints a year. That's a high bar to set!

Because we take great pride in the quality of our products, our customers have come back to us year after year, some ordering up to $100,000 in gifts for their clients. That's a lot of chocolate gift towers!

Supporting Our Community
As ardent supporters of ending hunger in America and across the world, All About Gifts & Baskets, Inc. has donated nearly $75,000 to Millennium Promise to fight hunger in Africa and $75,000 to Community Aid Elk River (CAER) Food Shelf to fight hunger in our local community.

Annie David  - Since Annie started this business , this has been her baby.  At first, it was just Annie selecting gifts, taking orders and shipping them out. Over the years, customers around the country have come to love and trust her taste and she just finished shipping her 10,000th box!  Even though Annie is out busy finding new favors and working on lowering prices everyday, she’s always ready to take an email from a customer: [email protected]  (She gets lots of emails, so thanks for being patient!)

Mike – Head of Operations and Systems:  Mike helps keeps the lights on and orders flowing from your computer to our warehouse.  He’s been with us for nearly a decade and makes sure we can process hundreds of orders every day. Mike likes to remind us that most of our orders are from companies that have over 100 gifts to send at the same time…so he’s managing 1000s of gifts every day!
